Is there a free trial?
14 days, full feature set, no credit card. We import your existing leads if you want — no pressure to convert.
Can we mix plans across teams?
Within a single workspace everyone is on the same plan. Multi-brand orgs on Scale can run different plans per child workspace.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs in to OpenVoy CRM. Read-only viewers (e.g. finance, leadership) on dashboards do not count as users.
Do you offer non-profit or charity discounts?
Yes — 30% off Studio for registered non-profits. Send proof of status to billing@openvoy.com.
Can we cancel any time?
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the period. Annual plans cancel at renewal. We never lock data — full export at any time.
