Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of OpenVoy CRM ("Service") provided by OpenVoy, Bergmannstrasse 57, 10961 Berlin, Germany. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We require named user accounts; sharing credentials is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, spam, or unauthorised access attempts.
• No reverse engineering of the Service except to the extent permitted by law.
• No reselling or sub-licensing without written consent.

4. Fees and payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Annual contracts are non-refundable. Monthly contracts can be cancelled effective the end of the current billing period. Late payment may result in suspension after 14 days' notice.

5. Service levels

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on Studio and 99.95% on Scale, with credits as set out in the SLA addendum.

6. Data

Your data remains your property. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. On termination we provide a full export within 30 days.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

German law. Exclusive jurisdiction in Berlin.
