DMC

A Destination Management Company (DMC) is an inbound travel company that designs and operates trips in a specific destination on behalf of overseas tour operators, travel agents, or direct retail clients.

DMCs sit on the supply side of the travel value chain. Their value is local expertise: knowing which lodge in the Maasai Mara has actually renovated this season, which guide speaks fluent Mandarin, and which back-roads are passable in the rainy month.

A DMC’s CRM needs are distinct from a generic SaaS sales tool: trip-aware deal records, supplier rate cards, and designer hand-offs that don’t lose context.
